Journey to Brazil for Carnival! Fabulous and flamboyant costumes, masks and headdresses adorn beautiful woman as they dance down the street to a marching band playing a samba tune.

Rio is wearable in any parade and may also adorn a wall after the party. She has approximately one hundred twenty peacock eyes, thirty-six peacock swords, 6 yards of peacock flue and the electric blue coverts of a peacock's head and neck. Beads and forty yards of ribbon gently frame her face and the back is covered in lime green silk dupioni. She is approximately one yard wide.
